The online sale contract through the website “shop.artforjob.it” are regulated by the following sale conditions.

These sale conditions regulate solely the sale contracts entered between the purchasers, exclusively physical non-commercial persons, and the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job with main office in Via dell’Airone 21, San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), P.Iva 01655170445 .Orders processed by under age are not valid.

3 - Agreement Expiry

The sale contracts through the website “shop.artforjob.it” expire when the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job receives the order by the purchaser. Consorzio Piceni Art For Job will provide for sending the purchaser the order confirmation. Once you send your online order, you accept the general terms of sale and declare to respect them.

4 - Consumer Obligations

The consumer must read carefully the general terms of sale before sending the order. Once you send it, you declare to accept these general terms. The consumer has to print and keep these general terms, once read and accepted.

5 - Purchase conditions

The consumer purchases the product whose features are listed in the relevant descriptive and theoretic cards. To the indicated price you have to add the delivery cost. Before sending the purchase order, the system provides for living you the list of the chosen products, each with unit price, the total price (in case of more products) and the relevant delivery cost. Once sent the purchase order, the consumer will receive from the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job an e-mail with the order confirmation, with the information about the goods features, the prices, delivery cost and the way of payments and with reference to the contract general conditions and to the information about the withdrawal, about its conditions and way of executing visualized in the website.

6 - Payment

Payment can be made choosing between: a) payment with credit card. Only with the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and solely by the owner of the credit card. You can pay also with Poste Pay, because belonging to Visa Group. 7 - Delivery

The purchased products will be delivered with a carrier to the consumer address. Any further requirements will be communicated by the consumer to the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job. The delivery will be realized no later than 7 days, unless the consumer pays with bank transfer. If undelivered, the carrier will leave an advice and will come back another time; in case of another unsuccessful delivery, the merchandise will be sent back to the supplier (Consorzio Piceni Art For Job)

 8 - Warranty

The products purchased on the site shop.artforjob.it are subject to discipline in accordance with specific provisions provided for by the Italian civil code law (artt. 1519-bis to 1519-nonies).This warranty will be applied to products that present lacks of conformity and/or malfunctions not checkable at the time of purchase, as long as the product will be used correctly, with due diligence, in respect of the standards of appropriate use and in accordance with the content of any technical documentation supplied and the rules for operation provided therein. Above-mentioned warranty will not be applicable in cases of negligent or imprudent use and/or maintenance of the product. Even non-conforming products returned to Art For Job for repair or replacement must be complete with their original packaging and all the accessories and documentation received by the customer at the moment of purchase. The return of the products without the above-mentioned original packaging, accessories, and documentation prevents Art For Job from obtaining the replacement of the product. Company reserves the possibility of verifying the actual defects enunciated by the customer and to carry out the repair or replacement until after the inspection. If as a result of verification by the producer on the defect does not prove a lack of conformity, Art For Job reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of verification and restoration and the associated transport costs. The consumer has the right to charge the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job the lack of conformity within 2 months from the moment of the discovery of the defect. If the consumer does not respect these terms, he will lose any right to charge the lack of conformità.

9 - Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer, without explanation and without any penalty, must submit, within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of good, a communication setting is indicated the will to withdraw from contract. You are not allowed to copy, change or reproduce names, logos, brands which only the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job has the right to use. Documents in the website, also pictures, products description etc. can be downloaded or printed only for individual and not-commercial purposes. Any change of the material on the website breaks the law in force. You can not use any picture or part of it, unless the Consorzio Piceni Art For Job gives you a written approval.

12 - Law and place of jurisdiction

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. Any dispute regarding the contract, will be referred to the legal juridiction of the consumer, if situated in the Italian State

Even if not explicitly stated, this contract applies the Italian laws in force.
